Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.
Shipping Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
We recommend shipping orders to an address where someone is available to receive the delivery where possible. This helps ensure your order arrives safely and reduces the risk of theft after delivery.
During periods of extreme cold (typically December to March), some non-alcoholic wines, beers, ciders, spirits and mixers may be susceptible to freezing during transit. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimise this risk, however delivery times to some locations may be longer than usual during winter months.
Please ensure your shipping address, contact information and delivery details are accurate before completing your order. Somm Zero cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
While we aim to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, statutory holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on statutory holidays.

Tracking information is typically sent within 24–48 hours of placing your order.
