Somm Zero is proud to present this beautifully balanced, organic Riesling from the renowned alcohol-free German wine producers Kolonne Null. This 2024 vintage wine represents a masterpiece in capturing the true terroir and enduring essence of great quality Riesling - as only Germans can.

Exhibiting aromas of sweet petrichor and flint, with delicate floral and citrus. The palate is an evolution of flavour, with zippy green apple and fresh lemon followed by an intriguing wet slate and mineral finish. The hint of sweetness balances the racing acidity, finishing dry and fresh on the palate - where the concentrated flavours linger and delight.

This is the ultimate food-pairing wine. Probably perfect with almost everything, but especially pork dishes and fresh summer salads.
